Personal Use Only

Products purchased through the VIP Program are intended solely for the personal use of the approved member and their immediate family.

Immediate family is defined as:

• A spouse or partner living in the same household.
• Children residing in the same household.

Products purchased through the VIP Program may not be:

• Resold or offered for resale.
• Purchased on behalf of friends, coworkers, or other third parties.
• Used for commercial purposes.
• Given, transferred, or gifted to anyone outside of the immediate family.

Any misuse of the program may result in the immediate suspension or permanent removal of VIP privileges.

Product Issues & Brand Communication

If you experience an issue with a product, order, or your VIP account, please contact our Customer Service team directly.

VIP members agree to:

• Contact our Customer Service team first regarding any questions, concerns, warranty claims, or product issues.
• Allow us the opportunity to resolve any issue before posting publicly or escalating the matter.
• Refrain from contacting our brands directly regarding purchases made through the VIP Program.

Our team will ensure your inquiry is directed to the appropriate department and resolved as efficiently as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made through the VIP Program are considered Final Sale.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect covered under the applicable warranty.

Members are responsible for carefully reviewing their order, including product selection, size, color, and quantity, before completing their purchase.

Respecting the Program
