Quality product. It does in fact come with a left and a right but the under guard knee cap protection is universal. I walked around with this as it came and loved the security and ease of movement. On the bike it’s the same.
My only complaint is that the sleeve is not compression in any way shape or form. Total missed opportunity IMO. We will see how long the fabric above the knee lasts as it is already fraying
