A Return to Its Roots with a Modern Edge
Originally founded in Montreal in 1967, TPS revolutionized hockey equipment with the launch of the first one-piece composite stick, later used by some of the greatest players in the NHL. Now under new ownership, the brand returns to its roots with the launch of three new hockey sticks this season:
• TPS Response Vintage – Featuring advanced PBF composite technology, a mid-kick VCX3 flex for vibration dampening and an expanded TRU3 blade surface, delivering legendary performance with modern precision.
• TPS Response Rubber – Built with GO-EX1 shaft technology and a spaced-wall design for explosive power and exceptional sound, a low-kick VTX flex for precise control and an XPND blade for an expanded hitting surface, all wrapped in an 18K carbon composite stick with a rubber coating for unmatched feel and performance.
• TPS Response Goalie – This goalie stick features an expanded GO-EX1 composite shaft for lightweight control, VTX paddle technology for quick recoveries and an XPND blade for an enlarged striking area—combining heritage design with cutting-edge performance.
“It’s more than just a comeback; it’s a commitment to excellence,” said Maxime Moniqui, TPS Hockey Brand Director at Lanctôt Sports. “TPS was the benchmark for players who demanded precision and durability. With these three sticks, we honor that legacy while pushing the limits. Whether you're a professional or a passionate player, TPS is back to elevate your game.”
